Tall trees. Refreshing strolls. Beauty of winter.

It's been kind of a tradition for the three of us to spend Valentine's weekend somewhere in the countryside - away from our London home. This year, it was Dorset. You can never know what the last of winter has to offer but we really lucked out with the weather. It was a cold but sunny day, perfect for a forest stroll. I love this time of they year, the anticipation of spring, fresh air, new energy, just before nature paints with all its colours. The ferns, evergreens, and tall trees of Moors Valley created a mystical hazy green effect. We walked for hours and took it all in. I couldn't have imagened a more perfect day.
